Good Posture Body Tape: Mon, Wed, Fri

Strength (M,W,F): 12min Every Minute On the Minute - EMOM (6 Rounds, 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)

  • Min 1: Work up to 50 sec Plank 
  • Min 2: Air Squats

Cardio (T, Th): 5min Brisk Walk, then 8 Rounds (3min ea.): 1min jog, 2min walk
