Review Push Up Video in "Physical Activity>Basics"

Good Posture Body Tape: Mon, Wed, Fri

Strength (M,W,F): 12min EMOM (4 Rounds: 50sec of work, 10sec of rest) 

  • Min 1: Work up to 50 sec Plank 
  • Min 2: Air Squats 
  • Min 3: Push Ups (Knees to Toes Progression)

Cardio (T, Th): 5min Brisk Walk, then 6 Rounds (4min ea.): 2min jog, 2min walk
