Be Safe, You are Worth It

Your life is important enough to follow basic safety recommendations. Here they are:

  • Stay up to date on check ups with your doctor
  • Stay up to date on vaccines
  • Floss daily
  • Brush your teeth twice per day for two minutes
  • See your dentist every 6 months
  • Wear a helmet if riding a bike or motorized vehicle
  • Wear seatbelts
  • Don't speed while driving
  • Don't text while driving
  • Don't do anything except drive, while driving
  • Don't smoke, vape, drink alcohol or use drugs
  • If you are a sexually active female use, birth control
  • If you are a sexually active male, use condoms
  • If you are a sexually active male or female, get screened for sexually transmitted diseases at least once per year
  • If there are guns in the house, lock them up, keep guns and ammo separated
